  5. This file is in reference to the installation of Bench32(TM) 1.21 
  6. Bench32(TM) 1.21 has full support for both Windows NT and Windows 95.

  12. 2 installation types can be used for Bench32 1.21:
  13.  
  14. -Proffesional:  
  15.  
  16. This install requires you to order Bench32. To Order Bench32,
  17. run setup, press the professional install option, and press the order button
  18. when the key window appears.  You can order electronically or through postal
  19. mail.  Electronic ordering is secured with heavy duty encryption, encoding, and
  20. basic data mangling as well as sporatic data send.  It's highly unlikely that
  21. the security of your credit transfer will be breached in any way (most security
  22. breaches on the internet happen when there are hundreds of thousands of transactions
  23. from well known web servers rather than 1 secured transaction from some arbitrary
  24. machine).  Price of 1 copy of Bench32(TM) 1.21 is $20.00.  Read the registration
  25. information carefully before ordering Bench32(TM).  You cannot order without 
  26. accepting it's conditions.  Once you have ordered, you will receive a key via
  27. email for the machine it was ordered for.  ONLY ORDER FROM THE MACHINE THAT YOU
  28. WISH TO REGISTER!  There will be no leeway on that if done improperly.  It will be taken for granted
  29. that you have read this information.  If you choose the Send Order by Postage option,
  30. it will print out an order form for you.  Sign the form and mail it to the address
  31. listed on the form.  A key will be mailed to you electronically if an email address
  32. is available or through the USPS if an email address isn't available.

  34. New to version 1.21!  Ordering can also be done from within Bench32.  Simply choose
  35. the menu item Order or press the F3 key.

  37. -Shareware:
  38. The shareware versions requires no ordering.  Simply input the shareware key
  39. which is available at the Bench32 web site.  Once that key is entered and the
  40. install is complete, Bench32 will start up.  This version is not the same as
  41. the professional version.  It is limited in function, but may be useful for
  42. those who only want to do CPU Testing.

  45. Installing Bench32(TM) 1.21

  48. Run Setup.exe.  If the program fails on the first run, run it again.
  49.  
  50. If you haven't ordered yet, order Bench32 by pressing the order button.  
  51. If you have already, or are installing shareware keep reading.

  53. To Install Bench32 1.21

  55. Extract the Zip file Bench32.zip (which includes this file) into your
  56. temp directory.

  58. The file, Bench32.zip MUST have the following files in it to be an official
  59. version of Bench32 1.21.

  86. A total of 24 (23 PPC) overall files.

  88. Execute the program Setup.exe and follow the directions of the setup
  89. program.

  91. Bench32 requires 12.2 Megabytes of disk space.  This size may not be
  92. exactly 12.2 megabytes on your disk since disk space is allocated in
  93. clusters.   The shareware version requires 6 MB of disk space.

  95. You may remove any remaining files in your temporary directory after Setup is
  96. complete.
